But they don't bother me or anyone I'm with. Any input on any of these options would be much appreciated. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because of the riff-raff outside sometimes not the property's fault and the price is kinda steep. I lived here for a little more than a year and a half in a top floor studio. A lot of times, I just go down there to chat with them. Karina and Natasha were super responsive and helpful and made the overall experience highly positive. In fact, if you leave them alone, they leave you alone.
The building, however, is in great shape, and staff - the manager Tyler and maintenance James are awesome. The gym is never crowded and always clean. Only negative is that the dog park across the street attracts a lot of the homeless population and they can carry their loud convos into the ally way, which makes it loud. Pros of the place: -Apartment size Both my girlfriend and I work from home, and our place is big enough for two desks and all of our other furnishings -Apartment finishes are stylish and well built. Out of all the properties, we liked this one the most because it was largest of all the ones we saw, and it was an actual 1-Bedroom. The building also has amazing amenities.
This is a new building which will open in a few weeks. The garage is easily accessible, also well lit, and has additional bike storage. For the location, I wanted to really soak up what this amazing city has to offer. Definitely a great complex with a great staff and amenities. Great living experience as a young professional.
We have a corner 1-Bedroom apartment that ends in a 12, so we face 2nd on one side, and Bell on the other. Here was my wish list: I needed a place with a secure entry. But, as a single girl - safety first. Also, it turns out that Seattle is located right off the Pacific ocean and ever since the development of the mast and sail ships have been coming and going at all hours of the day, delivering goods and introducing Seattleites to new people, new cultures, and all walks of life. The closets do not contain any lighting or power outlets which means you've gotta figure out how to deal with that on your own.
I had so many questions before moving in and she took the time to answer everything and help make this place my home! I am a current resident and would not recommend 206 Bell. I've been approached right outside the door a handful of times I am home!!! I use Airbnb frequently for long-term rentals. Write to the landlord, tell them you are interested in longer-term, and ask about longer-term pricing discounts. Or get an apartment on the 25th floor of a building. I've read the other reviews of this community and wanted to throw in my two cents for anyone looking to lease in Belltown. Good finishes, excellent sound insulation, great walk score.
I do agree with some reviews that heat can be an issue if your apartment gets a lot of sun, but with some portable air conditioning it could most likely be mitigated. I feel safe walking around at most hours, I actually walk to work every morning before 5am and I have never had an issue with homeless. But the best aspect is the staff. Basically, we made sure every home had a Portuguese touch. As long as the market doesn't price me out, I would definitely stay here for the foreseeable future. I am so happy that we picked 206 Bell! I highly recommend this property.
The staff are both fun and attentive. No problems with Online automatic payments either. Taylor told me exactly what the total costs would be and so far he's right on the dot. After searching for an hour or two, a representative from a sister property to this place said there were vacancies at 206 Bell. I would say, if you decide on Belltown, I recommend checking out 206 Bell. They began the happy hour that now runs every Thursday with local beer and snacks that I looked forward to every week.
We also personally hand-picked antiques from shops all over the country, and even the textiles are hand-woven by Portuguese artisans. However, we enjoy city life and knew there would be noise. You're also about 15 minutes from Whole Foods Market and from Pike Place Market. The apartment itself is nice enough but some of them are dark and gloomy. Glad I can ring this Bell! He truly cared and makes you feel like you're the I'm the tenant every time I visit the office even though he's probably going insane taking care of all of us. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly too, although I have never had anything break down just yet the apartment is about 2 years old.
The parking spots below P1 are tiny, I have a small car and only about three inches on each side of my car when parking. In all this is a great building and I would highly recommend it. You can catch a bus anywhere, but 3rd street can get a little shady. Check those out for some interesting possibilities. Much of the building is rented out on hotels dot com and whatnot so there are alot of visitors and transients coming in and out. The entire process was ~50 days after the date I was given and I had to drive the process, completely unacceptable. Its way overpriced for what you are getting.
He was schmoozing 2 potential tenants and just driving up the prices. I can get anywhere in the city really quickly. Dry clean service - yes please. Enjoy the Neighborhood Ideally located, Webster Manor is minutes from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Baytowne Plaza. I worked with Amanda who not only gave some great concessions to make my client happy, but ended up helping store her stuff in temporary quarters until their storage is finished.
